Overview

Imagine a gorilla with a massive head and an intimidating presence. Picture the dominant male silverback of his family; as he stands guard over his family and their territory. There is nothing like gazing into the eyes of a Silverback gorilla. Imagine getting to even hang out with him for up to 4 hours! The gorillas are gentle creatures despite the size difference. This is called gorilla habituation where you will spend most of the time with other scientists as they observe and study the mountain gorillas that are habituated in the Rushaga sector a part of the Bwindi Impenetrable forest.
