Game viewing, one of the most common activities in Semuliki national park takes place in an open grassland and river forest of Toro-Semuliki reserve. The Toro-Semuliki National Park is a haven for animals, birds, and nature enthusiasts. Wildlife abounds in this vast expanse of land that shelters a total of 53 mammals including elephants, buffaloes, waterbuck, Uganda kobs, warthogs, bushbabies, pygmy hippos, leopards and hyenas. This is particularly enjoyable at sunset since the light is optimal for spotting wildlife. The Toro Semuliki Wildlife Reserve with its savannah grassland and accacia woodland offers the chance to view a variety of wildlife species including grey-cheeked mangabey, black and white colobus monkeys, baboons and blue and red-tailed monkeys.
